How to break up calcification in the elbow?

I was wondering if anyone here knows where I can actually get this done, or if anyone else has dealt with a headache like this before?

You’re probably talking about calcification 😁
You really need to see a physiatrist. The treatment options are pretty broad, but they usually kick things off with ultrasound therapy, electrical stimulation, and stuff like that. If those don't cut it, they might try nerve blocks. There are plenty of other modern approaches available too, and surgery is strictly a last resort if nothing else manages to move the needle.
