If I just show up at a major hospital like Mayo Clinic and tell them I need their specific treatment immediately, will they actually admit me on the spot?

So, quick question... am I actually required to carry my health insurance card on me at all times?

Just say what's on your mind. This thread exists specifically for those kinds of issues.

Denial is usually just the starting point.
Do you ever get that feeling like the whole world is out to get you?
Are you an animal lover?
Was your mother a good person?

Do you ever struggle with feeling like you just don't measure up? Like your self-confidence is basically non-existent?
Have you ever—and I mean truly sat there and wondered if life was even worth sticking around for?

Please, just speak your mind—it’ll honestly make you feel so much lighter. We’re all right here in your corner, ready to lend a hand whenever you need it.

Don't just shut down and retreat into your own shell.

And what about addiction? You seem to have completely overlooked that part.

Some woman really thinks she knows what it’s like to live in a Sparrow town🤣
Don't go bothering her, honestly, it doesn't look like anything is happening at all🤷

They probably should've just brought along a family member or a buddy from the neighborhood. 🙂

Her last activity was recorded back on January 15th... honestly, something just feels off about that.

Does anyone know how the intake process actually works at Sparrow? Like, can I just show up, say hello, and tell them I'm losing my mind and need help, or am I going to need a formal referral from my doctor or something first?

Honestly, you're probably better off asking over on the Psychology subreddit.
Usually, you're gonna need a referral regardless, unless you end up causing a massive scene (not that I'm giving you ideas or anything). There's voluntary admission, and then there's the forced kind—and in those cases, the cops are usually the ones dropping you off at the ER. 🙂
