Hey there!
So, I’m sitting here typing this out at like 1:30 in the morning because my insomnia is absolutely kicking my ass right now.
I actually went to see my doctor about it, and they basically told me there’s nothing physically wrong with my back, even though it feels like it's killing me—and honestly, my stomach has been acting up just as bad lately too.
I was wondering if anyone here with some actual medical expertise, or maybe even just someone who’s dealt with this exact same kind of weirdness, could give me a second opinion on what might be going on and what steps I should take next.
Thanks in advance for any help you guys can throw my way.

Look, if you actually want anyone here to give you a decent answer, you’re gonna have to cough up some actual details about yourself first... like, seriously. Give us the basics—your age, BMI, how much of an athlete you are, any old health issues you've dealt with in the past... all that stuff. And then get specific. Like, really specific. What exactly are you feeling, and what's happening when it hits? Because let's be real, things can range from just straight-up anxiety or some nasty heartburn to a legit injury from a car wreck, or even just a crappy mattress you bought at Target... who knows? You also need to list every test or doctor's visit you've had, plus any meds you're taking and whatever diagnoses you've been handed. Without that, we're just guessing in the dark...

The issues you're bringing up could easily be tied back to GERB.
