Red itchy patches on my legs—what could it be?

Woke up this morning and noticed these red spots all over my legs while getting dressed. 😲 At first, they felt slightly swollen when I touched them, but now they've flattened out—they're just red and they itch like crazy. 😳 Maybe a mosquito bite? Or maybe it was the long pants I wore last night? This isn't something I usually deal with. 😲
Any suggestions on what to put on this so it clears up fast? I have to wear a dress this Saturday... can't exactly rock that look. 😳 🙂 🙂

Just wanted to give a heads-up in case anyone else ends up in this spot.

The spots started showing up on my hand and stomach too... so I went to see a doctor. Turns out it's an allergic reaction. I’ve got one of those medicated patches on my back now and they gave me a shot in the arm... they think it might have been some wild berries. 🙄🙄

So, we're talking hives here? 🙂

I was going to say it could totally be hives—mine looked pretty much the same, just smaller bumps—but I had to head out to work and completely blanked on replying.
