HP Envy 5610 printing slow

My printer is taking a full half hour just to spit out a single page. I have no idea what happened. Did I hit some wrong setting or something? Please, if anyone can help me figure this out, I would really appreciate it. Thanks.

Is it possible the scanning resolution is just set way too high? I was checking out the specs, and it says that if you're running at 600 x 1200 in color mode, you can only knock out "up to" 0.75 pages per minute.

If that’s the bottleneck, maybe I should just dial the resolution back down to something like 300 x 300?

The issue is almost certainly those third-party ink cartridges you're using.

Basically, just buy the genuine ink and hang onto your receipt. If things don't improve, you can head straight to the manager and ask for a full refund.
