How to appeal a partial history ban?

By September, it’ll be four years since I got hit with that partial ban in my history class, so I’m wondering—is there actually any chance of getting it lifted?

So, here's the deal: we agreed that the failing grade for your History midterm is being wiped. But—and this is a big but—you can't go back to that same old way of doing things that got you in this mess to begin with. No more copy-pasting stuff, no more lazy one-liners. You actually have to put in the work and write at least a couple of solid sentences for every single post. If you start slipping back into those old habits, that failing grade is coming right back, and there won't be a second chance to fix it.

Just drop a reply in this thread confirming you get what I'm saying, and once you do, I'll clear that grade from your record.

Honestly, military tech and stuff about the Gulf War doesn't interest me, and I don't plan on reading about it anyway, so the mods over there can relax—I won't be hanging out in those sections.
