You have to be joking. Are you seriously running CCleaner and performing scans every single day?

On a different note, I used to use Game Booster a while back, and after deciding to reinstall it on my PC recently, I have to say the results are fantastic; I was dealing with constant wireless lag spikes before, but since bringing it back, they've completely vanished.😁

It doesn't actually run in the background for me; I only let it run when I specifically give it the green light, and even if it were running, it wouldn't be a big deal on my 8 GB of RAM!!!
