1. When a specific user (CDRW) keeps throwing insults my way, this is how I respond:

The outcome? I get slapped with an infraction for trolling, while they get a free pass to keep being abusive.
A quick note: I have zero intention of trolling, but surely I still have the right to disagree with certain statements, don't I?

2. I post actual FACTS, and the administration just wipes them out without any explanation, even though they are directly relevant to the discussion. So, I try to ask what the issue is—just trying to figure out how to navigate things moving forward and understand which rules I've supposedly broken since I don't see any violations on my part...

The result: another infraction.
The reason given: violating subforum rules (though none were ever specified).

I put everything you need to know right there in New York City.

It’s mostly because you have this habit of dragging out arguments that don't need to happen... You say what you have to say and then just let it go, but instead, people keep telling you that you're being a bit much and it's time to end the conversation...

And if the guidelines aren't clicking for you, let me remind you that any attempt to step in and micromanage the PDF moderation is a direct violation of the sub-forum rules...

Actually, those user notes are really just meant for the moderators to use, not for the regular members. Most people on the forum can't even see the notes on someone else's profile, so if you want to get a message to them, you'll have to send a PM instead.

Honestly, I didn't even realize user notes existed for quite a while after I switched to dark mode. It’s not like a little pop-up window appears automatically when you click on someone's profile or anything! And once I finally figured it out, I wasn't even sure if other people on the forum could see their own notes. Look, there are just some things you won't know until you stumble upon them, ask about them, or have someone point them out to you—that's just how life works, right?

It’s basically a secret. 😁

That section is really just for notifications regarding partial payments, signatures being removed, and stuff like that.

It actually claims I was being abusive on fashion forums—which is a total lie, by the way. And because of that blatant falsehood, my ban from fashion hasn't even been lifted yet. I wouldn't have even started this thread if I had received an explanation that actually clarified my specific mistakes—instead, I just got a very vague response.

It's because you're sparking unnecessary arguments. You stated your piece, and that should be that. People have already let you know that you're exhausting and just looking for an end to the discussion.

I truly didn't view what I wrote as an unnecessary argument—let me reiterate: I have no intention of trolling or anything of the sort. I simply presented facts regarding the specific issues present in the engines being discussed.

As for those who find me "exhausting"—which seems to be limited to the individuals I happen to disagree with, though I believe I expressed my views quite politely—they are more than welcome to add me to their ignore list without any issue. However, instead of doing that, some people choose to resort to insults and label others as trolls simply for having a different opinion, which isn't the point of this discussion and, as far as I know, doesn't align with the forum rules...

And if you aren't clear on which rules, let me remind you that any direct interference with the PDF moderation is a violation of the sub-forum rules.

If I could actually peek at everyone's private notes, I’d love to know what those various moderators were saying about me back when they were busy tearing me to shreds. Any chance of that?
