BSOD while gaming

I went ahead and uninstalled it, but the image is still massive. I even tried a full restart on my PC,

Just right-click on your desktop, head over to the display settings, and make sure you've got your resolution set to the highest option available.

You didn't install them back then. Just go back to wherever you grabbed that DirectX (or whatever it's called) and get it installed...

I am, though my system is still just showing the Microsoft Basic Display Adapter

Either it flipped over to the integrated graphics in the macOS graphics settings or somewhere in your BIOS 🤷 check your BIOS to see which GPU is set as primary, or hit up the Control Panel. You might even want to check the NVIDIA Control Panel to see if something needs tweaking there.

I'll take another look, though I have my doubts about whether I can actually pull off the change
