I'm with you on that 🙏 It's a shame about that total meltdown against the Americans.
At the end of the day, we can only beat ourselves.

Honestly, who cares😁, but from what I can tell following handball, I don't recall ever seeing such a low level of play across all the national teams.
My gut feeling is that we had the strongest roster in the whole tournament and basically just needed to stroll our way to gold... though, I'm not exactly crushed. A medal is a medal, and I guess that alone proves this is probably the best representative sport for Americans😍

Now we've got Saracevic and Jovic jumping in to complain about the officiating... honestly, who else is left to call it out?

Either way, it feels a hell of a lot better than if we had ended things on two straight losses.
Huge congrats on grabbing that bronze! 🙂

So, here's the big thing everyone's talking about...
If you ask me, it looks like the Danes are going to cruise to an easy win... Hansen's looking pretty sharp, maybe hitting something like 12 out of 18 from the field.😁

Well, the medal is officially ours, and the run continues. Honestly, we played way better than we did back during that trip to Sweden—we were actually firing on all cylinders. At this rate, we’re going to walk into New York City and take everything they've got (5-3-1). ☕
We’re clearly better than Kopljar, Alilović, and anyone else trying to hold down that defense... and honestly, Alilović's recent improvement—well, that's largely thanks to the defensive shifts we've seen lately.
The defensive intensity just isn't there anymore—it’s like everyone's just stepping out to hunt for fouls instead of actually playing ball. I mean, back at the start, before we hit that SLO stretch, the grit was definitely more present, but now? It's just constant doubling up on players and chasing calls. It's getting sloppy.

Way to go, guys! Once again, we’ve proven we belong among the handball elite—we're easily one of the top teams out there. And sure, it would’ve been sweet to take down the Americans...
But whatever...
Let's keep this momentum going and hunt for more wins!!

Congrats on the bronze medal. I wouldn't say I'm jumping for joy or anything, but you can tell the guys really gave it their all to pull off this win, so they should definitely soak it in. Great job! 👍
I'd say Kopljar was easily the best right winger out there 🙏 🤣 😂
