BS Player issues

So, I'm running into a frustrating issue where BS Player has absolutely no audio, even though everything else on my system is working perfectly fine. I’ve already tried the standard troubleshooting steps—uninstalling and reinstalling the software—but no luck there. I also messed around with the internal audio settings and made sure my sound drivers were fully up to date, yet the silence persists. For context, I'm running Windows 7 32-bit on a machine with 2 GB of RAM and an Intel Core Duo processor. The motherboard is an ASUS PCL5AM and the audio is handled by Realtek.

Honestly, there's a chance the file itself just doesn't have an audio track. Have you tried playing it with a different media player?
