Bulk waste disposal options?

Greetings, everyone!

I was wondering if anyone could point me in the right direction regarding where I might dispose of some old household items (think vintage armoires, glass, paper, and plastics) during this time of year...??????

They swing by my place twice a year. My bill actually lists the exact dates they're coming, so I just make sure everything's out the night before for Waste Management, Inc. to grab. You can check their website for the full schedule broken down by neighborhood here:

Just put it all on the curb in front of your building and stick a sign on it that says "Free."

I'm sure someone will show up to "claim" it pretty quickly.
