Sperm concentration around the glans - penetration issues?

What are the actual odds of a woman getting pregnant if there’s some leftover sperm lingering on or around the penis from a previous encounter? I mean, we're talking about having sex again, but without an actual ejaculation this time... obviously, everything was washed up and cleaned properly after the first round, but you know how it goes—a little bit of semen can still get stuck right near the tip after the act is over...
I should clarify that what I'm asking is purely hypothetical... I always use a condom for both rounds, mostly just for my own peace of mind...
The thing is, it happened recently where, after maybe five or six sessions, my girlfriend noticed a tiny bit of semen near the tip, simply because even after washing, a little bit had stayed caught right at the opening... but now I'm sitting here having these intrusive flashbacks, wondering if this could have happened before, since I've followed this exact same routine every single time...

I guess if you’re already using a condom, there really isn't much to worry about most of the time, though I suppose even before ejaculation, there might be a tiny bit of pre-cum containing a few sperm that could technically lead to pregnancy if they make it where they need to go.🙂
So, things like having sex earlier or showering afterward probably don't matter much since you're essentially releasing that fluid again during penetration anyway.

You can actually kind of notice this yourself just by masturbating, because right before you finish, you can feel that fluid appearing.😁

If everyone is feeling a bit panicked, maybe it would be best if she just takes a pregnancy test so you guys can finally be sure, because otherwise, everything else is just guesswork.
It's all just maybes and ifs at this point...
