Need some help!

I'm trying to track down "almador" somewhere on here—I think I saw him over in the Home Decor >> Mattresses section—but it looks like he's banned, so I'm stuck. Does anyone know how long his ban lasts? If it's just a couple of days, I can hang tight, but if it's longer than that... I'm kind of in a rush.
This isn't even about the site or the ban, it's actually for something private. Is there any way you could help me out? Maybe send me his email, or better yet, pass my info along to him so he can reach out?
