Last time we were out, a few of us were sharing a bottle of Bacardi, and there was this junkie hanging around our group who was basically urinating into the drink. We didn't even realize he was an addict until later. If there wasn't any visible blood, what kind of risks are we actually looking at for other diseases?

The biggest concern would be hepatitis, though that's a bit of a stretch.

You might pick up mono that way, but that doesn't have anything to do with him being an addict.
