So, here’s the situation... I’ve been with my girlfriend for nearly two years now. She’s turning 18 soon—a big milestone—and I’m stuck on what to get her for her birthday. Last year, I went with a bouquet of 17 roses, some earrings, and chocolate. Now? I'm drawing a blank. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Also, our two-year anniversary falls on July 17th, and I’m equally clueless about how to mark that occasion. Help me out here...

If you want my honest opinion, you should just go ahead and end 😍

You think that’s a good idea? I’ve given it some thought... we’ve known each other forever, and we’ve been seeing each other for two years now—but there's still one more year of high school left. So, he'd basically have to wait another full year before doing anything!

and if he takes you seriously 🤦

you have to realize that you would then be responsible for several children and the dissolution of their marriage 😁

just be aware you’re now responsible for several kids and their messy divorces😁

As if I’d ever propose... marriage isn't even on my radar right now... haha... besides, in this state, I wouldn't even know what to get her...

I mean, if they’ve been together for two years, he probably knows her well enough to know what she actually likes and hates. He went ahead and bought her 🙂 , but honestly, those guys can't really help you much here—you’re the one who needs to figure out what a truly meaningful gift looks like.

Would it be okay if I got her a bracelet engraved with our date—and maybe a note about being there for her? For the anniversary, I was thinking a nice dinner with some soft music... candles, roses... just quality time... does that sound alright?

Honestly, you're asking the wrong kind of cold-blooded guy on this forum. I don't know, man. You’re the one in the relationship, so just go with your gut and enjoy whatever happens. 🤣.🙂.

Maybe just hire some farmhands to help her out with the field work instead...
