Of course you don't remember me. I’ve barely posted twice on this board with this account 😡

Having zero taste isn't grounds for a ban, but it's certainly enough for a partial loss of respect πŸ₯³ anyhow, I doubt anyone will take that as a serious argument. I just wanted to remind the mods that the forum doesn't need more users who lack basic aesthetic sense 😁 I couldn't care less about your ban

And this whole "dramaqueen" routine regarding being honest about permanent bans is just ridiculous. Some permanently banned woodcutter is going to sit down, write a touching 500-word essay in Word with perfect grammar, and then go right back to their old ways the second their account turns from gray back to color. Don't hold your breath

Look, honestly, after everything that’s gone down, I don't even care anymore. I see the ban isn't getting lifted, but if you're going to post here, at least try to make an actual argument. As for how qualified you are to judge someone else's tasteβ€”I won't even dignify that discussionβ€”saying "bad taste is a reason for partiality" tells me everything I need to know about your potential as a moderator. 😁

And please, spare me any more comments about me or my photo album history. It's not because you've been registered with that same handle for eight years only to post twice; it's because arguments like "Simpsons clips and Grandpa's folk music are too tacky for a photo album" are just straight-up childish.

Look, 🀣 you’re sharp enough to be dangerous.
Since you clearly missed the point, let me lay it out: I couldn't care less if you get banned or not. I saw "...Grandpa's banjo..." on the front page and it just reminded me of how much of a headache you are. So, here I am, late to the party, dropping my 2 cents just to poke fun at you and your overly dramatic plea for forgiveness :violine: . Since you're apparently under the impression that someone actually thinks being tasteless is a reason for a partial ban, we're done here. 😡 🀦

Like some of the banned users already mentioned on the Forum, a guy can commit murder and get a pardon, yet you can't even get a fair shake on an online Forum after a ban. Ridiculous. 😬

At least on a Forumβ€”and there are millions of them onlineβ€”you can actually give someone a second chance. It’s not a big deal if they start acting up again once the ban is lifted. One click and they're gone.

Please. There's nothing "dramatic" about it. 🀣 I tried being honest and decent with people, but apparently, that doesn't work. They tell you, "you have to prove you've changed," so you act as fair and correct as possible and admit the fault was yours, and what do you get? Nothing. 🀣 Still, I'm glad the rest of the users will see that no matter how hard you try, they won't lift the ban. There's some satisfaction in that. πŸ˜‰ Honestly, I haven't understood the purpose of this appeals subforum for ages. This Forum is private property, yet there's this attempt to pretend it's some kind of democracy by opening a section where you can appeal a temporary or permanent banβ€”even though everyone knows it's a total waste of time. It's ridiculous.

And the moment you lump me in with Simpson, I know exactly what kind of "tastelessness" you're implying. What she does is masterful, though; she couldn't care less if people like her or not, just trashing and praising whoever she wants. Her posting style is top-tier. 😁

If you get a kick out of showing up in threads for people who are complaining just to mess with them, then well... you know the joke about the fool and his joy. 😁

P. S. Next time, just tell me you're screwing with me so I can actually have a laugh too. 🀣

I’m going to go ahead and wrap this thread up now.
The request was submitted, a broad explanation was provided, followed by endless layers of justifications, and so on.
It seems quite clear that the subforum moderators you’ve been dealing with aren't interested in having you back; they don't believe your long-term participation would be any different from the behavior that led to your permanent ban in the first place. Without getting into anyone else's specific files, speaking strictly as a moderator here, I am certainly not in favor of allowing you to post again.
That being said, if I have somehow misread the situation, or if any other moderators have additional input, this thread can be reopened. But as things stand right now, there is simply no need for that.
