Hey everyone... Sorry for starting a new thread, I just couldn't find anything similar to this already posted!

I'm struggling with my chest development... I don't know if it's just "man boobs" or what, but honestly, it’s a massive insecurity for me. I feel like I can't even take my shirt off in public without feeling super self-conscious about how it looks.😕 Maybe it doesn't look that bad to others, but it really bothers me... So, I was hoping you guys could give me some advice... Exercises, diet tips, or whatever works...

Here are some photos:

Thanks in advance!

I'm not quite sure how old you are, but if you're still growing, I guess you might be able to fix things with some posture correctors or something like that since people have talked about that before, though personally, I don't think it's such a huge deal, maybe just start running or working out to tone up your chest and stomach, and honestly, if you head down to the beach, you'll probably see plenty of other young people who look just like you, so it really isn't as bad as you might feel it is right now.

I know it’s not a huge deal, thank God, but I still really wish I could fix it... And I’m not even young anymore—I'm 24! I guess I’ll have to start hitting the gym, there's no other way...

Maybe you could try some chest exercises, or I guess you could always go see a top-tier plastic surgeon to get their professional take on things.

Good luck!

This is actually the opposite of "pigeon chest," which is what you're describing. It’s essentially a natural malformation, but since yours is so subtle, it shouldn't cause any functional issues like reduced lung capacity. If you're looking for more specifics, you should definitely check in with your doctor, though you could also look up pectus excavatum online—just keep in mind that medical info can be easily misinterpreted...

John Travolta, take a look at OVDJE because if you read through that first post, I think you might find some links to exercises that could really help with what you're going through.

Maybe you could try some classic stuff like sit-ups and push-ups to see how that feels.
