Is this an ingrown pimple or what?

Hey. I need to get my ears pierced within the week because I promised my girlfriend I would, but there's a catch 😁😁 right where the needle goes, I've got these little movable lumps. They sting a bit when you touch them. The one on the right is bigger than the tiny grain of rice one on the left. Anyone know how to make this go away fast? I really gotta get this piercing done 😍

I’ve got that on both ears.🤷 I always figured it was linked to my piercings—like, they'd get infected every once in a while and leave these little nasty bumps inside. So wait, you don't even have pierced ears?🤷

Lmao, I had my right one pierced seven years ago and ended up with a scar... but I’ve got one on the left too, just didn't go through with it... it's just smaller though.
