He’s a phenomenal actor. My absolute favorite performance of his has to be his role as Mandela in Invictus—in that film, Freeman just seems to radiate this incredible wisdom...

Man, every single time he’s on screen, he just radiates this insane level of wisdom and calm. It’s like he’s operating on a completely different frequency than everyone else in the cast... He’s just fundamentally on a higher plane than the rest of the actors standing next to him. There's this magnetic charisma about him that you can practically feel pulsing off the screen.

Honestly, he’s one of those heavy hitters for me. The guy just has this vibe, you know? Pure charisma. One of my absolute favorites of his has to be Unforgiven, especially since he’s sharing the screen with legends like Clint Eastwood and Gene Hackman.
If anyone else is obsessed with that voice of his, you seriously need to check out Through the Wormhole with Morgan Freeman. It’s a killer documentary series where he does the narration. Pretty fascinating stuff.

It's an unbelievable story about a dolphin who ends up with an artificial tail, and honestly, with Morgan Freeman leading the charge, I don't think anyone can stay indifferent because that dolphin is basically a "real actor," and the whole story is just so moving and heartfelt.

So, Dolphin Winter is five years old now, but he actually lost his tail when he was just two months old after getting caught in a trap near a beach. To pull off the surgery for this dolphin—who is pretty much on the verge of becoming a major Hollywood star—they actually raised $125,000, and in "Dolphin Tale," Morgan plays a scientist named Kevin who's the one behind Winter's life-saving operation.

Director Charles Martin Smith mentioned how incredibly easy it was to work with Winter, even though this is the little guy's first movie, and he thinks the dolphin's future in Hollywood is totally set.

"Winter behaved like a total movie star on set, and it was unbelievably easy to capture him looking both happy and sad."

The movie started hitting theaters across the US this weekend, and critics are already calling it a "beautiful and touching love story."
