My signature is here solely because Silverlyn was kind enough to set it up; I don't have the authority to change its color or size myself.

Signature Permissions
Allow Basic BB Code No
Allow Color BB Code No
Allow Size BB Code No
Allow Font BB Code No
Allow Alignment BB Code No

Allow HTML No

Allow Image BB Code No

Allow PHP BB Code No
Allow HTML BB Code No
Allow Quote BB Code No
Allow Smilies No

I suspect I'm not the only one feeling this way. Would it be possible to grant us the ability to customize our own signature colors as we see fit? 😁

I find myself quite aligned with the sentiment of using at least a few colors and a size 1 🙂—though let’s be perfectly clear, I am certainly not advocating for size 25, a zeroed-out font, or anything resembling Comic Sans.

There’s already a thread about this. To save you some effort (even though I know you’re going to end up reading 😁 anyway), just a heads-up that there aren't any specific reasons listed, nor is there a timeline for when things will be back to normal.

EDIT: I’m really hoping they fix this situation soon.

I'm all for it.

The only real catch is actually getting someone to implement it. And let's be honest, we all know how things go when the IT guys over at Reddit start tinkering with those kinds of settings. 😲 🤣

Alright, I certainly grasp the sentiment that users have been abusing signature features in every way imaginable, but simply changing colors or shrinking the font size 🙂

If they truly mess this up, they should just step down. 🤷

I think I've made myself clear.

Please just delete this thread and pretend I never asked a single thing. 🤣

Yeah, you know exactly how that story ends. 😁

And here I am, ready to go hand someone a citation just because their signature takes up three whole lines instead of using size 1 font—even though, honestly, who actually uses size 1? But hey, it's right there in the rules. 🙂 Can't they just change the font size? Look, I don't care if it's annoying; the rulebook says they have to do it, and that's that. 🙂

🙄 🤦 😵
