Godfather, you thinking about catching this at this year's San Francisco film festival? 😁

Is this the one?
The rating looks solid, assuming people actually know what they're talking about. 🤷

Godfather, I’m sending the film over to San Francisco right away, and consider it high priority—maybe there's even a little something extra in it for you under the table. Honestly, though, they're pretty terrible; they just bash their heads against the wall because they have absolutely nothing left to show.

Are you seriously missing the fact that Bradley Torres67 is the Chairman of the Board? Surely he isn't actually going to sit there and brag about his own movie out of some misplaced sense of artistic modesty. 😁

The first thirty minutes are everything, especially with something like Vampire. 👍 I'm picking it back up tomorrow.

If he’s telling the truth, then it isn't even his movie; he was merely an actor in it.

And honestly, why shouldn't he offer praise if he genuinely believes the work is good? 🤷

Well, it’s because you aren't Adrienne 'oh please, praise me' Kosor; you don't go around taking credit for projects you barely touched—you just let others handle the spotlight.

A little authorial modesty, decent upbringing, take your pick.

The link is right there, it's free—so just watch it and tell me what you think. 😁

Heh, thanks. Yeah, that’s me—the vampire.

Christian Taylor3 I can't even begin to process what was said there. It’s just... wow. Honestly, I feel like I need a drink just thinking about it. Sometimes you read something and you have to pause, stare at the wall for five minutes, and wonder if we're all living in some weird, twisted simulation where logic went out the window decades ago. It’s exhausting, really. You try to keep up with the discourse, you try to stay informed, and then someone drops a line like that and suddenly everything feels a little more chaotic than usual. It's just one of those things, isn't it? Just another day in this beautiful, messy madness we call life.
Look, just because you aren't some self-serving, "praise me, oh praise me" type like Adrienne Kosor doesn't mean you should let everyone else take the credit for your work. If you were actually involved in these projects—even if she didn't touch a single thing you did—stop handing your wins over to other people on a silver platter. Own your stuff.

It’s that whole "modesty is a virtue" thing—you know, being raised with those old-school values where you're taught to keep your head down and stay humble. You can call it whatever you want: authorial modesty, good upbringing, whatever. It's just how some of us were raised.

I’ve got the link right here, and since it’s free, you might as well dive in. Watch it and tell me what you think. 😁

Exactly. That’s precisely why I dropped those links in the first place—so people could actually take a look and weigh in with their own thoughts.

Kudos to everyone. Honestly, it’s been way too long since I’ve seen a vampire that actually pulled it off this well. 🙏 They claim the director did everything himself. Give me a break. Total nonsense. 🙏 No fake sentimentality, no cheap cliches, none of that pathetic fluff. Honestly? I’m actually pleasantly surprised. 👍

Look, this movie was shot on a total shoestring budget—we’re talking basically zero dollars if you don't count the camera and gear. Everyone acting in it was also handling the lighting, the sound, and all the other technical headaches. I’m glad you enjoyed it, really, but let's be real: this isn't exactly some blockbuster meant for the masses. 🙂

Look, maybe it isn't for everyone, but there are solid ideas in there. Honestly, you act better than most actors we have around here. If there’s any justice in the film industry, you guys should definitely get a bigger budget after this one. Let us know when you shoot something new. Good luck. 👍

The sad reality is that around here, movies are basically just schemes to squeeze money out of the federal government. To be perfectly blunt, aside from a few classics like "The Godfather," we haven't produced a single film worth remembering—and that's even being generous about the acting. It’s all just a mess. Don't get me wrong, I'm not trying to put our domestic cinema on a pedestal; that would never be my style. If something actually holds water, let someone else weigh in. I'm not the guy to pass final judgment on art.

A fantastic low-budget gem—truly innovative and a blast to watch

honestly, it’s better than most recent big-studio releases in the States
