Issues with Erste Bank checks

I’m looking for some advice regarding these checks I have on hand. Honestly, having the cash from them right now would be a huge help with the holiday season coming up. Does anyone know if any major grocery chains or big-box retailers actually accept these types of checks? Ideally somewhere near a place like Indianapolis or maybe Columbus.

or just hit up a local gas station that takes them, hand over a few checks, and toss the clerk a little tip to grab you some groceries and a bottle of wine...
