I get hit by that every once in a while too—this sudden, uncomfortable chill that settles in, and my teeth start literally chattering...

It’s actually the exact opposite for me; I struggle with high blood pressure, and my doctor just sent me off to get my thyroid checked out...

I feel 😬

Also, for as long as I can remember, I sleep with socks on. My nose is always freezing, and my partner is constantly teasing me about having ice-cold hands but a warm heart 😍

Low blood pressure, hypotension 🙄

I’m definitely not the only one here🤣—and honestly, like another user mentioned earlier: I totally get what you all are going through😉
I deal with quite a few health issues, but man... my circulation is just non-existent. It’s been so bad that I actually started taking Ginkgo supplements just to cope. I am perpetually freezing—even in the middle of summer, I’ve got long sleeves ready to go the second the sun goes down. Seriously, looking back at the entire summer, there were maybe two nights where it felt warm enough that I couldn't sleep, and even then, I still needed a sheet over me🙂It’s pretty obvious my main issues are poor circulation and blood pressure—I actually ended up with frostbite on my left foot this past winter because of it🤷I’ve already reached the point where I’m sleeping in socks☕

I couldn't help but smile reading through all these posts from my fellow cold-sensitive girls; it actually made me feel a little warmer just knowing I’m part of this little club...🤣
It's pretty much the same story over here—low blood pressure and occasional anemia. I don't let it worry me too much, though I sometimes wonder if I really should be doing something about it...😁
But what truly drives me crazy is how freezing my feet get.😲They feel like I just pulled them straight out of a deep freezer,😳 staying icy regardless of how many layers of socks I pile on, whether it's a blizzard outside or a warm summer day. Sometimes it feels like I've been wading through ice water all day long.🤣I've tried taking Ginkgo Biloba and various other supplements, but nothing seems to make a dent.
Does anyone have any actual advice on how to improve circulation without resorting to old-fashioned home remedies like rubbing nettles on my skin?😁
