As the learned Reddit editorial team is aware, two years ago I was issued (and served) a ban from the "power user" sub-forum, which falls under the "Information Technology" section.

Even now, I struggle to understand how things reached that point (a triple cross 🙂 😲😁); perhaps I was simply too young and inexperienced back then.

Today, I feel sufficiently seasoned to join the "power users". 🙂

Given the very nature of this forum—dedicated to messages, requests, and general commentary—I find myself drawing inspiration from history. Just as representatives of the people once presented their most famous "popular demands" to King Ferdinand I back in 1848, I would like to present my own request. I am asking to be granted access once again to one of the most brilliant corners Reddit has to offer... a fountain of wisdom, a realm of sages, a kingdom of knowledge, and truly, the dream of all my dreams: the "power user" sub-forum.

Once more, I humbly ask for a review by the appropriate authorities of this esteemed platform.

In hope, and with the desire for a swift resolution to this matter, to our mutual satisfaction,

I get how serious this whole thing is. A few rushed calls led to this partial ban—partly my fault, but Jason Campbell70 definitely earned it.
At the next meeting of the troll corner leadership over at Safe Location 1 (SL1), I’m going to suggest we lift his ban temporarily.

For now, he’s still banned from posting in the thread chat, but he’s free to head over to the NK subforums and show us what he knows.

What does the highly respected power user Jason Campbell70 think about this final PDF offer from the board, specifically the one for "☕power users😁"? Should we pass these finalized legislative amendment proposals up to the higher authorities?

I can give it a shot. But what happens if I run into my old buddy Veedar?

Reading this actually brings a tear to my eye. I think about my old friend Veedar waiting sadly for a greeting, and then I think about you struggling with this. It honestly hurts my heart to imagine you both in such distress; I'd tell you to just write to Jason Campbell70 whatever your heart desires. This hits deep, man. It’s pretty obvious from these posts that Jason Campbell70 isn't actually interested in keeping up with tech trends or helping out in the subreddits. He just wants to troll and mess with poor old me.

Honestly, I'm disappointed. Expected better.

So, I'm asking the admins to keep his ban in place and for the mods on NK to just lock this thread.

equi, you're letting things slip with your agency; information is leaking everywhere. 😁

So, we're dropping the request to lift the partial ban. Fair enough. Pilatus, just a heads-up: lifting a partial ban is entirely up to the subforum moderators. They make the call, not the supermods or admins. Admins only step in if the mods actually agree with the proposal. Since we're moving on from this, we can close the thread.
