So, I just picked up this monitor. Now I'm wondering, what do I actually need to do if I want to watch TV on it?

I've got some kind of TV tuner card, but I can't remember which one—I can check if that matters. Do I need specific software to actually watch anything, like VLC Media Player or something? Please help me out here; I honestly bought this monitor just so I could watch TV. There are like a thousand other 27" monitors out there, but I went with this one. :P

Thanks

What do you mean, a TV card or software? Your monitor already has a built-in dual tuner (both analog and digital) that works just fine as a standalone TV even when the PC is powered down. Don't tell me they didn't include some instructions in the box...

Just read the manual, seriously... 😁

It’s honestly ridiculous how Dell doesn't provide any actual instructions or drivers for their monitors 😁

Just plug the antenna straight into it and you're good. No computer needed, just old-school TV setup.
