This might sound like a pretty silly headline, but I’ve honestly been losing sleep over this for quite a while now...

So, I’ve been dealing with some annoying sinus issues, but lately, it feels like my digestion is acting up too. It seems like whenever I finish a meal—especially if I’ve eaten a bit more than usual—this thick saliva starts pooling in the back of my throat, and then I basically have to run to the bathroom to clear my throat and spit everything out. 😁

I was just wondering, does anyone else deal with something similar to this?

Every time I overdo it at dinner, my lungs decide to quit on me and start coughing.🤷
The urge to hack up a lung is hitting hard right now. Whatever. Not really worried about it. Maybe I should be?🤷

I’ve been dealing with some annoying sinus issues lately, but honestly, my digestion is giving me just as much trouble. Every time I finish a meal—especially if I’ve gone a bit overboard with the portions—I get this weird buildup of phlegm in the back of my throat, which basically sends me sprinting to the bathroom to cough 😁 and clear it all out.

Is anyone else out there dealing with something similar?

That sounds like GERD; it isn't actually phlegm, it's just stomach acid creeping up.
