The absolute dream would be finding some effective painkillers, but honestly, I’m totally lost when it comes to medication, so I was hoping some kind soul could point me toward the best over-the-counter option 😁
Basically, I’ve been getting these facial cleansing treatments for my acne, which involve using this device that uses electrical currents to contract the skin and "pull out" everything lodged in the pores, including blackheads. Now, don't get me wrong—the results are fantastic and it really works—but there's a massive catch: my skin is incredibly thin. Because of that, the whole process awfully hurts, and the device feels like it’s practically hitting bone because you have to apply a decent amount of pressure to actually get the job done. For people with thicker skin, it’s probably no big deal, but for me, these sessions are pure agony; I'm literally tearing up every single time. That’s why I’m looking for something in pill form that I can take about thirty minutes before my appointment just so I can endure the torture a bit more easily 🙏
