So, basically, just like the title says, I’ve been sleeping for three days straight. And I don't mean that "sleep, wake up, then go about my day" kind of thing. No—even while I'm typing this, I am so exhausted it’s actually unreal. Last night, I crashed at 9 PM, woke up at 3 AM, and then just drifted right back off until noon. On top of that, I can't even keep food down. I tried forcing myself to have some yogurt, but my stomach just rejected it immediately. I even went outside for a bit to try and clear my head—maybe catch some fresh air and snap out of it? But nothing works. I'm just hitting a wall again. My blood work came back fine, too, so... I honestly have no clue what's going on with me.

You provided information that belongs in a storybook. 🙄There are a million different reasons why someone would be "sleeping all the time." One highly probable explanation, assuming they are of reproductive age, is pregnancy. 😁

Have you had your thyroid levels checked (T3, T4, and TSH)? If you haven't, get on that immediately. This could totally be it...

I’m definitely not pregnant—and I already had my thyroid checked out. My doctor was actually leaning toward a thyroid issue too, but turns out that wasn't it. The only things flagging in my bloodwork were my iron levels (way too low) and my blood sugar (running a bit high).

Then you're obviously exhausted because of those low iron levels.

I’m leaning toward blaming my iron levels too. Honestly, I can't help but wonder if I might be coming down with a virus or something else altogether.
