Does anyone have recommendations for creams, ointments, or even tablets to help ease the symptoms and pain? I’d love to try something natural if possible! Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Regarding the title "rheumatism," it’s a bit too vague. Are we talking about rheumatoid arthritis or something else entirely? People often throw around the term "rheumatism" to describe degenerative joint issues—essentially wear and tear on the cartilage—which is a completely different beast. Please clarify the specific diagnosis so we can make sure this thread ends up in the right section.

It’s hard to put into words professionally. It's just that heavy ache you get as you age, especially in your shoulders and knees. I'm not actually asking for myself, but for my elderly grandmother. She deals with rheumatoid arthritis, though she doesn't have any joint deformities yet.
