I've heard zinc is pretty big for guys, so I'm wondering if anyone here actually uses it. Is it worth starting a regimen if I've never touched it before? What’s the actual point of taking it?

PS: Sorry to the mods if this isn't the right sub, just wasn't sure where to drop this.

It boosts immune function while improving both sperm count and motility in men. It’s also an excellent topical treatment for extremely dry skin, stretch marks, and brittle nails—specifically those white spots that tend to pop up there.

Apparently, it works wonders for people prone to eczema, too.
And when a cold starts creeping in, taking Vitamin C paired with zinc is a solid move.

Specifically regarding men—I’ve heard it can be beneficial for prostate health.

It’s actually quite effective for prostate health, boosting the immune system, and even improving sperm motility!

I saw some claim recently that overdoing it on zinc could actually trigger prostate cancer
