Hey there.

For the last month or so, I’ve been noticing some mucus in my stool. Sometimes there's a decent amount, other times it's basically nothing. I've been doing some digging online about digestive issues, and most of what comes up involves blood mixed with the mucus along with other symptoms, but that hasn't been my experience. The mucus is just a dirty white color—mostly light—and I haven't seen any traces of blood. To give you a visual, 😁, the mucus is mostly sitting on the part of the waste that comes out first... The main thing is that I'm not feeling any other issues alongside this...
Anyone have any idea what this could be?

So, just checking in... are you dealing with some pretty hard stools lately?
