Always feeling cold

I start feeling the chill even when it’s still 78 degrees out. I didn't notice a thing during the heatwave, but the second the temps dipped even slightly, it came crawling back.
From what I can tell whenever it hits, I’m running a bit of a low-grade fever—around 99 degrees.
Regarding my thyroid levels, my TSH is a little high. I'm not anemic, though.🤷
Do you think these temperature swings fit with hypothyroidism?
Actually, it feels more like something you'd see with hyper.
