Does anyone have recommendations for rapid liver regeneration? According to my latest lab results, things are looking pretty dire. 😒

What exactly is the diagnosis?

Cut out the greasy junk food entirely and stop drinking alcohol altogether... Honestly, nothing is going to regenerate your liver except for the organ itself. If you keep it constantly overworked, it won't have any breathing room to actually repair the damage. πŸ˜‰
That’s assuming your lifestyle is even the culprit here.

Cut out the grease and booze, then throw some whey protein and B complex into the mix. You can also find artichoke tabletsβ€”basically Silymarin or Heparin capsules. Honestly, I’m not even sure how much they actually help. At the end of the day, the liver just heals itself if you actually give it a fighting chance. Good luck.

Look, everyone, let's be realistic here: the liver can regenerate itself, provided the damage hasn't crossed a certain line. The OP is claiming her liver is essentially "falling apart." If we're talking about advanced cirrhosis, we might be looking at irreversible damage. If you're still struggling to wrap your head around that reality, just ask yourself why liver transplants even exist in the first States...
