]Lately, I’ve been feeling so nauseous that I feel like I'm going to throw up constantly... Even just trying to hold a pill on my tongue triggers it, let alone trying to gargle water, and now even just keeping gum in my mouth without chewing makes me feel sick.
I have never dealt with anything remotely like this in my entire life, and I used to be able to do all these things without a single issue...
I honestly have no clue why this is happening out of nowhere, so please, someone tell me what's going on! 😢

Honestly, when I first wake up in the morning, my stomach just starts acting up immediately—it’s like everything hits at once. A cigarette, some water, maybe a piece of gum... it all just stirs things up. But that’s strictly an early morning thing for me; once the day actually gets moving, things settle down and I feel fine again.

I honestly don't understand why this is happening. Does anyone have any advice? 😢

Chewing gum for too long actually makes me feel nauseous. It's awful, though it usually only happens if I realize an hour later that I still have a piece in my mouth.
My mother gets so lightheaded she nearly faints every time she vomits...
