I’ve been dealing with this pretty intense pain right above my eye—specifically the eyelid area, or maybe just that general corner near the bridge of my nose, I can't quite tell myself. It’s honestly making it impossible to focus on anything at all... and this has been dragging on for two or three days now. For instance, yesterday around 5:00 PM it really flared up, and then today it's back at it again. Is this actually something serious, and what should my next move be?
I'm usually sitting at my computer for about 3 to 4 hours a day, and lately, I've also been doing some late-night laps in the pool, plus my nose has been feeling totally stuffed up.🤷

To be perfectly precise

image

1. - it’s this constant, nagging ache that just won't quit

2. - though sometimes it’s really only when I touch it—or maybe even just out of the blue, if that makes any sense

Have you done any grinding, mowing, sawing, carving, or smashing lately? Nothing caught your eye or kicked up any dust, I assume?

No. Alright. Are your eyes looking red, like they do when you wake up, or are they tearing up? Honestly, your best bet would be to just head to the doctor.

Sinusitis—specifically ethmoid (which people often miss because it’s tricky to spot on scans) or frontal.
Swollen nasal passages due to allergies—are you sneezing or dealing with watery eyes?
Cluster headaches.
...
