( I hear you all. To be honest, I’ve started wondering if this has all just spiraled into my own head... I can't quite tell if I'm imagining things or if it's actually happening, haha. Anyway, I’d suggest looking into the MMS topic over on the alternative health boards. It supposedly wipes out every pathogen in your system, and frankly, I've been feeling quite a bit better since I started using it. )

Sorry, what exactly is MMS?

If you head over to the thread, you'll see everything—it's probably too much to explain here. Long story short, I use it, and it's honestly incredible. 🙂

First you mentioned things were looking up, but now you're saying it’s a total blackout 😕 Is this stuff actually working or what??
How's everyone doing today? How was your day?? Mine has been a complete disaster, probably because of this sudden cold snap... my head is spinning and my blood pressure is through the roof!!

I’ve been dealing with this since I was about 18. (I just turned 36 today.) It got so bad back then that I couldn't function—I couldn't hold down a job, go on trips, or even grab a coffee with friends. My career and my social life were completely derailed. Because of symptoms like the floor feeling like it's dropping out from under me, dizziness, and total exhaustion, I couldn't bring myself to admit it was all just nerves. But when it finally became too much to bear and I saw no way out, I reached out to a psychiatrist. He diagnosed it as depression coupled with anxiety and prescribed antidepressants. For the first month, things actually felt worse, but then, slowly, everything started improving. Now, I live a nearly normal life, and I would never go back to that hell. It might sound a bit dramatic, but for me, that's exactly what it was...
I don't regret being on medication; my only relief is knowing they aren't addictive like tranquilizers. These meds actually helped me get to a place where I could start a family, and I have a perfectly healthy daughter now. If you think about it, people take antidepressants for the same reason others take cholesterol medication or why an athlete might need lifelong hormone replacement therapy after having their thyroid removed. This is just my experience, and I'd recommend the same path to anyone else—provided there isn't an underlying physical cause. I truly hope you all recover and get to enjoy your lives...

Time for a quick update!
It’s been eighteen months since I started this thread, and two years since I first started battling this bizarre sensation in my head. It’s been a rollercoaster—some days feel totally normal, while other weeks I’m just overwhelmed by tears.
Basically, over these past two years, I’ve seen neurologists and run every test imaginable (CT scans, EEGs, Dopplers, EKGs, spinal imaging, neck and lung scans), plus visited eye doctors, tried acupuncture, homeopathy, and even saw a psychiatrist... and still, absolutely NOTHING!
My psychiatrist prescribed some Xanax, which helps a tiny bit, but it’s nowhere near making me feel whole again.
Since everyone kept insisting this was all tied to losing my mother—and I was stuck in such a dark headspace—my husband and I decided it was time to try for our second child.
Now, I am eight months pregnant!
Anyway, I stopped taking the Xanax... but since I quit (because of the pregnancy), I’ve been dealing with intense pain on the right side of my head.
For the last two months, I’ve felt it EVERY single day! A little warmth helps, like wrapping that part of my head in a scarf or something.
So, there you have it... nobody has helped me or provided a single diagnosis.
How has everyone else been doing during this time? Did anyone actually find a way to help themselves?
Things are really tough right now because this headache has been constant for so long, and I can't go anywhere for testing since I'm not allowed to undergo certain procedures during pregnancy.
