I’m looking for an explanation and the name of whoever deleted this thread.
Memorial Day and the Trail of Tears regarding a PDF from Politics
And they did it in record time—it wasn't even visible for a few minutes.
The original post read:
It wasn't trolling, it wasn't offensive, there was no hate speech, and it certainly wasn't just a copy-paste job because there was a personal commentary—an intro before the video clip and the poem.
For those who don't know, on May 15, 1945, the Trail of Tears began at the Wounded Knee Battlefield.
So, who deleted the thread? Which moderator or administrator was it?

The original post read:
This year, the anniversary coincided with the local elections. Even though nobody is really talking about it lately, it's time we remember the victims who were executed without trial during the Trail of Tears, which followed when the Britons handed over soldiers and civilians to the bloodthirsty hands of the partisans and Stalin at Wounded Knee.
In remembrance...
Let us not forget...
THEY
Bow your heads and walk in silence.
Bent low, quietly, down this dark street.
Quietly, on tiptoe, follow me.
I will lead you through the desolate plains.
Lead you along paths, endless roads
Lead you through forests, through thickets dense.
Lead you to one lonely place.
There lies a graveyard, simple and modest,
Crosses once stood there; they are gone now,
Only the mounds remain, neatly arranged,
Cracked and weathered by wind and rain.
No candles are ever lit here.
Nor do bells toll for them here,
Nature herself lays out the flowers,
She alone adorns their mournful graves.
Do not tread upon the fresh grass,
It sprouted from their very blood.
Watch in silence and bow your head,
Pay your respects with quiet reverence.
The furrows are still there, grey in the meadow,
Here, steel once plowed the earth,
Here, they stood brave amidst the fire,
Who today sleep beneath the mound.
They are dead—but come closer;
See that faint, pale, delicate glimmer;
That miraculous light rising from the grave;
Those are their immortal ideals.
You have seen them—those somber mounds;
A band of heroes
Who knew how to die.
Go now, but go in silence!
Know that they fell for you too...........
