Why aren't the dates in this thread following any kind of chronological order?

So, I was just scrolling through this thread, right? I breezed through the first two pages without a hitch, but then I hit the third page and—boom—the dates start jumping all over the place. It makes no sense.

Why didn't you include the link? 🤷 I think it would be much more helpful for me if I could see the specific thread itself.

Well, they work just fine for me!!! 🤷🤷🤷

Looks like your computer is acting up, 😁. Mine show up chronologically. (I've got a pretty solid rig 🤣)

I suspect your computer might be acting up, 😁. On my end, they are displaying chronologically. (And I am fairly confident my hardware is up to par 🤣).

The order seems correct to me as well. 🤷 Please double-check your settings; perhaps there was a misclick or a minor configuration error on your part... who knows.

It's a bit like reading a book where the chapters suddenly start jumping out of order; I scrolled through the first two pages, but by the third, the timeline just loses its way.

It might be because you have the Hybrid view enabled. You can head over here and switch the Thread Display mode Linear-oldest First setting.

Best, 🙂

Hey there! 🙂

Actually, I already had it set up that way.

We can lock this thread now—I finally figured it out.

I just cleared my browser cookies and suddenly everything is back in chronological order.

So, turns out you guys were absolutely right all along; the glitch was entirely on my end.

If you aren't looking to lock this thread down completely, you could always just rename it to something like: "Computer glitch messed up the forum dates, moving this to the Tech subforum"
