Hey there.
I’m not quite sure how to put this, but I’m hoping someone here has dealt with something similar.
We’re in a serious relationship, but we've decided to hold off on anything intimate for now—the details behind that decision don't really matter for this. However, things occasionally get heated during making out, and we end up stopping before actually finishing. If he gets worked up enough, he starts feeling some discomfort an hour or two later. Usually, he just takes care of it himself either then or the next morning, and the pain goes away.
I know holding back too much isn't exactly healthy, but like I said, we have our reasons and they aren't going away anytime soon.
Looking for some advice here—is it normal for him to be in pain after this?
He did deal with a bacterial infection recently, but I’m pretty certain this happens even when he's perfectly healthy.
Thanks in advance.
