Living with Fibromyalgia: Tips and Support

Is anyone else dealing with fibromyalgia here? What kind of meds are you all taking to manage it?

Did a doctor actually make that diagnosis, or are you just calling the shots yourself?

Honestly, when it comes to FMS, people here in America are basically living in the Stone Age. It’s a total disaster. I actually had to travel abroad—hitting up places like Canada or maybe even Switzerland—just to get some firsthand information and figure out what was actually going on.
And don't even get me started on the medical side of things; there isn't even a specific diagnostic code in the system for it yet, which makes getting any kind of sick leave an absolute nightmare. It's just one big, frustrating, endless loop.
