I’m going to go ahead and open up this discussion thread, primarily because it feels like so many of our ailments are deeply rooted in psychosomatic issues. I would truly love it if everyone here could share their specific experiences regarding treatment—and more importantly, any instances where you feel you've actually achieved healing. !!!!

As for my own situation, I’m fairly certain my high blood pressure is a direct result of stress. For the time being, I’m trying to manage it by embracing a much slower pace of life and dedicating some serious time to meditation.

I ended up dealing with a massive bout of gastritis, complete with a nasty H. pylori infection. Honestly? I wouldn't wish that on anyone. Never again. 😁

So, I ended up getting diagnosed with systemic lupus myself. And honestly? I’m pretty convinced it’s all psychosomatic. 😳

I’m currently dealing with both psoriasis and Sjögren's syndrome. Does anyone out there have any insight on how to effectively hit the reset button on my system?
