Scalp sores/irritation

I’ve got these sores on my scalp. They aren't huge... but they itch sometimes. Then I end up scratching them and they start bleeding. What should I do? Any specific shampoo or cream that actually works for this?

Maybe seborrheic dermatitis? Check the boards, there’s a ton of info out there. Some of this stuff is hitting me hard.
