Can someone actually explain why you can't find a decent mini pizza anywhere in Washington, D.C. anymore? Everything is subpar—seriously. I refuse to spend another $3.25 on this junk. No way... I just had to get this off my chest 😁

There’s this great bakery over in Brooklyn called Daphne's. I think a slice of pizza is about $11, maybe $12 if you get it with mortadella. They're really 😍 But if she wouldn't pay more than $10... :/

Look, for really good food, I’d drop $4.25 😁 easy. Though, mortadella on pizza sounds a bit weird to me... I’m definitely more of a classicist. 😁

Seriously, I’m with you on Daphne!!!
I don't even live anywhere near that bakery, but honestly? I’d hop in my car right this second just to grab one of those pizzas, a mini burek, or that chocolate pastry... man, my mouth is watering just thinking about it.
It’s hands down the only bakery in all of New York City where everything actually tastes good!

If anyone out there actually knows a better spot, please, let me hear it... I'll believe it when I see it.

Look, I’m no expert on quality, but I definitely know when I’m being ripped off.
Over on Domjanić Avenue, right past Brooklyn, there’s this bakery called Brooklyn Bakery. They’re charging seven bucks just for a mini pizza. 🙂

It’s absolutely pathetic how this broken system just bleeds people dry.$4.25 You hand over a handful of flour and half a block of cheese

Come on, man, just be a good friend and grab a nice pizza from $10. They’re actually really good 😁

Even those items priced at $5 aren't worth anything anymore... you used to be able to find some decent quality back in the day, but now everything just feels cheap and lackluster—especially in my neighborhood here in Brooklyn...

It took me quite a while to track down a pizza joint that actually delivers on quality, too. I finally found one, and I've probably been ordering from them for two or three years now.🤷

By the way, if anyone ever finds themselves down in Savannah, there's an excellent pizzeria there called Peter.🙂

There’s this little bakery kiosk over in Queens—it's more of a hole-in-the-wall, really😬—run by Daniel, and honestly, their pizza is pretty solid... if I remember right, it’s only about $2.75. As for what Daphne said, I’m with her—the price-to-quality ratio is actually decent, maybe even better than you'd expect...
