I’m not really big on comedies, and honestly, the first one was just okay, so I wasn't expecting much from the sequel either. But I gotta admit, I laughed way more this time around. It's actually a pretty good movie.👍

spoilers (just in case)

Solid comedy and a good flick overall.

In some ways, it actually beats the first one.

My only gripe? It’s just too short. Simple as that.

And please, don't come at me about whether the plot actually makes sense—that’s not the point here.

Charlie is awesome, and the rest of the guys hold their own, though I felt like Sudekis wasn't on screen quite enough this time around.

Pin was definitely the best surprise in the movie, while Waltz was kind of a letdown, even if that "grab the cake" bit had me cracking up.

So, they're already $5 million in the hole compared to the budget, and it's only been 10 days. Are we calling this a total flop already or what?

Budget $42 million
Box office $37 million

Looks like the period from Nov 26 to Dec 3

Yeah, and looking at the reviews, it’s actually sitting higher than the first one. Personally, I think it's better. I don't get why everyone is complaining about how bad it is.🤷

honestly, when it comes to comedies, critics don't really matter much...

So, yeah, this was just the opening weekend, but $15 million in the USA isn't exactly huge compared to the $28 million the first movie pulled in during its debut.

We'll see how the full weekend numbers look, but I doubt it'll even hit $100 million by the end. It'll probably make enough to cover that $30 million budget, maybe even double it, but nothing crazy.

Great!
I had a good laugh.
The plot feels tighter, less improvised, maybe just better.
Pin is a fantastic Psycho.
Everyone seems to be having a blast.
Personally, I liked it more than the first one.
Great jokes, that kidnapping planning scene was cool...
Really hoping for a third one.
Don't get the bad reviews.

Look, with comedies, critics aren't the issue—it's the box office numbers.

The first movie pulled in $210 million on a $35 million budget.
They already cleared $28 million during the opening weekend.

The sequel is lagging behind, though. That opening weekend was basically half as strong, and hitting $100 million is gonna be a struggle.

That's what might kill the chance for a third installment, not some random critics that nobody actually listens to.

I have to admit, I honestly thought it was some kind of joke when I first laid eyes on that headline.

Just watched it. I didn't even bother checking out the reviews, and honestly, I was kind of skeptical since sequels usually suck, but I actually ended up liking it. It’s a great joke of a movie, and I don't even really like comedies that much. I guess their constant babbling is just funny or something? Usually, that stuff gets on my nerves in other movies, but this worked. Definitely recommend it to everyone.

They bumped the budget up from $42 million to $85 million.

So, it’s definitely not a total flop, but whether we actually get a sequel? Honestly, who knows.

It isn't going to clear $90 million at this rate, which feels like a massive letdown compared to how the first one pulled in $209 million on a tiny $37 million budget.

Great comedy. Personally, I actually found it slightly funnier than the first one, which was also an absolute blast.

Pleasantly surprised, 8/10

I’m crossing my fingers for a third installment, no matter how it turns out.

Seriously though, people!!!!!!!!!!😲

I downloaded this movie hoping to actually enjoy myself, but it was a total struggle. I honestly have no clue how anyone finds this stuff good. To me, this is nothing more than cheap slapstick for little kids.👎

There were two scenes that weren't completely terrible, though.

I don't know, man... it just doesn't hit me the same way the first part did.
