OT: AMC Stubs rewards cards

I'm curious which tier you all are using—the Student, Classic, or Business cards?

As for me, I just picked up the Club classic bonus 2 x since I've aged out of the Student card.

Quick side note: I racked up a massive amount of bonus points on that Student card and have a few discount vouchers sitting there. Does anyone know where I can find the list of retailers that actually accept them?

Also, what does "bonus 2x" actually signify in the card title?

One more thing—can I use the Stars Club Classic card for small stuff, like grabbing a soda and popcorn at the movies? I was checking my balance earlier; I bought a bottle of water and handed over the card, but the guy still insisted on cash, and now my statement shows a credit of $3.75... ? 🤷

Basically, if you put down a certain amount as a deposit, you get two free passes.
The more cash you park there, the more free tickets you rack up.

So I’ve got my student ID, but 🤷 honestly, what kind of actual discounts am I looking at besides just getting cheaper movie tickets?

You can use that card for pretty much anything. If you had enough funds on the card and he swiped it AND took cash from you, then he basically ripped you off for $3.75.
