I was wondering if anyone here has ever experimented with ephedrine as a performance enhancer, and more importantly, if you experienced any lasting side effects from doing so?

Do you have any idea what a safe one-time dose of ephedrine drops would be—and I’m talking oral ingestion here, not nasal spray?
