That said, I’ve noticed the UV levels feeling way more intense this year. Even on the last day of summer, I was wearing a hat and sunglasses, and I still ended up with a nagging headache. It wasn't until later that I realized my neck had turned bright red. ... I'm wondering if anyone else uses a neck shade during the summer months? Is there anything decent out there you can buy?
