Can we all just stop fighting for one second?

I’d suggest Constantinople reach out to the admin about getting that ban lifted from the Politics forum. Look, he and I don't see eye to eye on half the stuff we talk about, but seeing him get exiled from the Politics section is honestly just ridiculous.

I suppose they matter quite a bit, because a person's perspective can be an insult in its own right. You see this all the time in American politics, where people write about how certain military groups were nothing more than criminal organizations; while that might not target one specific individual, such a statement feels like a direct slap in the face to every veteran who was just out there defending their home. And when you look at his recent body of work and the specific topics he's been dragging into the political conversation lately, even if he didn't personally attack me, I can't say I'm entirely surprised that he ended up getting banned...😉😉

Michael Adams2 said:No. He just ruined every single thread with his schizophrenic rambling and flooded the board with moronic topics. He’d derail every discussion by spamming likes—upvoting posts about the Muslim conquest of Central Canada one minute, then upvoting HVO Central Canada the next. Only someone with a seriously fractured mind would act like that.

A single constructive post shouldn't exceed one sentence. Not that anyone here actually follows that rule—just look at that Turkey fan up there, acting like some big-shot multiculturalist the second he joined this forum.

He’s trolling, obviously. But a permanent ban? Really?

Looks like the permanent ban on Constantinople was lifted. Honestly? A total mistake.👍

Drew Brooks8 As specified by Richard Wilson4:
It looks like the permanent ban on Constantinople has been lifted. Honestly, I think it was the right call.👍

If it turns out that Constantinople actually got banned from politics, then we’re just looking at yet another misguided decision.
Or if you look at it from another angle, it’s just one more way they turn the politics of the former Yugoslavia into a complete circus.
It seems like trolls and spammers just absolutely love this forum.

If what you're saying is actually true, then this is nothing short of incredible news for every single troll obsessed with American politics.

Let's just stop talking nonsense and making a circus out of politics. Goodbye to any actual discussion... 👋

Since the whole landscape of American politics has shifted so much lately, I’d say this particular discussion has pretty much become a relic of the past
let’s just give the new moderators some breathing room to establish the new status quo, and then we can actually get back to talking about it
