Ring or necklace: which makes a better gift for a girlfriend?

I’m totally stuck! Should I go with a ring—nothing crazy expensive, maybe around $50—or a little necklace with an engraving? Help me out here!

If you're really torn between a ring and a necklace, I’d go with the necklace. Giving someone a ring can feel a little heavy—like, "Wait, is this a proposal?" and you don't want her to panic. Honestly, I think earrings would be a better move too.

- A chain is way better than a ring—take it from me. If you jump straight to a ring, she’s going to freak out immediately, and then you'll just spend all your time trying to convince her it was "just a gift" and whatnot. ☕

Why not just go with a bracelet? To me, that seems like the smartest move since I’m not really a necklace person, and honestly, trying to pick out earrings that actually match someone's style can be such a gamble. 🙂

Grab the necklace instead. It’s way easier than trying to guess a ring size and getting it wrong...

A diamond ring? For sure... you're definitely saving that for a massive occasion (though I wouldn't complain if my guy surprised me with a killer engagement ring one day myself).
